Centre V, which was inspired by the classic French brasseries found in Paris and Lyon, provides hearty fare and comfortable surroundings for locals and travelers alike. This lively restaurant features an elegant dining area, a cozy bar and a spacious slopeside patio. Its rich, burnished woods, exposed brick walls and vaulted ceilings convey a sense of Old World charm, while its creative home-style cooking and unique touches (such as the fruits de mer station where guests can watch someone actively shucking shellfish) give it a sense of contemporary flair.  

Centre V features simple, decadent dishes such as steak frites, trout almondine, duck confit and three-tiered fruits de mer platters, which are expertly paired with wine from boutique vineyards in both France and the U.S. It also offers a creative breakfast menu including lobster scrambled eggs and quiches du jour, as well as a sumptuous dessert menu including caramelized apple tarts, dark chocolate soufflés and more.
