The Arrabelle’s Butlers are professionally trained and certified, and provide a relaxed mountain twist to guest services.

Your Butler will greet you during the check-in process to orient you to the hotel and guestroom as well as coordinate your daily needs and services. Daily services may include serving you coffee or tea each morning or pressing your clothes for the day. Have them unpack your bags while you enjoy a cocktail as the sun disappears over the snowcapped peaks. Or help you plan the details of your perfect customized mountain adventure. Interested in a romantic fireside dinner in your room? Want to have a fresh bath drawn and ready when you get back from a day on the slopes? How about a picnic basket filled with your favorite food for a summer hike up Vail Mountain? With intimate knowledge of everything there is to do in the Vail Valley, your Butler can make your Vail adventures come true.

Our Butlers are happy to provide as much assistance as you would like, but are careful not to be intrusive in any way. Like everything at The Arrabelle, the Butlers reflect the hotel's deep commitment to providing you with a personal touch, just the way you want it. Our unpretentious Butler services are included in our resort fee.
