Centre V, inspired by the classic French brasseries found in Paris and Lyon, provides hearty fare and comfortable surroundings for locals and travelers alike. This lively restaurant features an elegant dining area, a cozy bar and a spacious slopeside patio. Its rich, burnished woods, exposed brick walls and vaulted ceilings convey a sense of Old World charm, while its creative home-style cooking and unique touches give it a sense of contemporary flair. 

Centre V features simple, decadent dishes such as trout amandine and New York strip au poivre, which are expertly paired with wine from boutique vineyards in both France and the U.S. The restaurant also offers a sumptuous dessert menu including lemon meringue tarts, dark chocolate soufflés and more. Centre V is your place to fuel up in style for all the adventure of the Vail Valley.

Centre V is currently closed for upgrades this fall season and will reopen in December.
